Refund policy

At Vedant G, each piece is handcrafted with meticulous care and thoroughly inspected before leaving our atelier. While we hope you cherish your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted only under the conditions outlined below and are processed strictly by way of a credit note.

1. Damaged Goods

If you believe your merchandise has arrived damaged, please notify us within 5 working days of receipt. Upon verification, a full credit note will be issued.

Please note: Minor variations in colour, fabric, texture, or handwork are inherent to handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you have received an item different from what was ordered, please write to us with your order number and details. Once the incorrect piece is returned in its original condition and packaging, the correct merchandise will be dispatched promptly.

Terms of Return & Exchange

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels, tags, receipts, and packaging intact.

• Returns are accepted in case there is some defect in the product, subject to be verified by the team at Vedant G, only in exchange for a credit note. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the client. The merchandise remains your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend using an insured delivery service.

• Credit notes will be issued to the billing details on record and may be redeemed against future purchases.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

As each customised or made-to-order piece is created exclusively for you, returns or exchanges are not accepted on bespoke items.

If you wish to request a modification, please inform us immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, once an order is confirmed, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
